Do you have to be the one in a costume? Or can you bring a child dressed up? I make my children costumes every year, but I don't have time to make me one. So can I enter a child in my place?
That is so fun your make your kids costumes every year. I love costumes that are homemade. Although this costume contest is for adults 18 years and older.
Lucky for me... my 11 year old is a tall kid, I managed to fit in the costume. So glad I came... because I won! Thank you for the gift card, can't wait to go shopping!
