Dear Karen, I love your shop and your handmade works!!!
I have been at your shop in August, while I was in vacation in Salt Lake City, I also met your mom who offered me a wonderful gift!
I've been very happy for visiting your shop, I found a lot of useful items that aren't available here in Italy.
I hope one day I can come again, I've felt very sad when I left but I was particularly sorry for not having met you in person.
I send a big hug to you, to your mom and to the very kind ladies who work in your shop!
